How Kancharapalem Is Performing?

Small film Care Of Kancharapalem is most talked about and discussed topic on social media. The filmmakers are basking under the glory of praises galore they are getting for the realistic and natural performances of all the newcomers. 

Support of Suresh Babu came in handy for the makers. However the trade analysts are unable to predict the range of the film. This because despite the strong positive talk, the film got weak openings at the B,C centres. Any film requires 3-4 days for the mouth talk to reach the movie lovers. 

The next week will witness the release of Sailaja Reddy Alludu and U Turn. Both are having good hype and so whatever Kancharapalem can recover, should do it in the remaining five days. Suresh Babu released the film only in few theatres as he is hoping to reach the breakeven and enter profit zone quickly. 

Kancharapalem is a unique concept based film that may get many awards and rewards. But one cannot expect the film to  bring sea change or all the stars coming out of mass image. This because mass films only give feeding to the ticket counters and it is difficult to attract common people with C/O Kancharapalem like films. So these films range stop with some limitations. 

K Vishwanath's Sankarabharanam with aged hero Somayajulu mesmersied all sections of people. Vishwanath didn't neglect commercial elements and included actors like Chandramohan, Allu Ramalingaiah, Nirmala etc. Kancharapalem has so such advantage and so the film will be in the hearts of movie lovers as a good attempt and may not reach the dizzy heights. However the film may create a sensation on small screen or on smartphones.
