Kamal Haasan’s Vishwaroopam 2 and Nithin’s Srinivasa Kalyanam released in a gap of one day have got lukewarm response from critics and audience alike. Both the films are underperforming in domestic and overseas markets. Srinivasa Kalyanam collected a share of Rs 3.20 cr share worldwide in its first day which is below par opening. Worldwide theatrical rights of the film valued 27 crores.

In overseas, Srinivasa Kalyanam raked just $19K on Friday at 7:45PM EST. Apparently, the film directed by Satish Vegeshna and produced by Dil Raju will provide huge losses to buyers in Telugu states and also overseas.

Vishwaroopam 2 also has opened to an underwhelming response. The Kamal Haasan directed film minted $53K in USA in 3 languages at 7:45PM EST. As per trade reports, the film has got below par opening in domestic market as well.
