Good News for US H1B Visa Holders

For nearly 7.5 lakh Indians working under H1b Visa in United States of America, the news from the government that there will not be any changes in the rules of H1b Visa has given a huge sigh of relief to them. Earlier there were reports that Donald Trump government is considering making changes to Section 104c of the Immigrations act and bring restrictions to H1b Visa by restricting them to 6 years and without any chance for extension.

The US Government has confirmed that there will be no restrictions for H1b Visa extension and can be extended any number of times until they obtain Green Card. The change in stand is attributed to the severe opposition on the government.

This news from the government is being applauded from all quarters and is a huge relief to companies depended on skill force. In general, H1b Visa is however very good for the Country as they immensely contribute to US Economy and the country gets good revenue in terms of taxes. Analysts reveal that this is indeed a win-win situation to the US Government and Software companies.
