Kamal: We Lost Anitha, Good Doctor

Death of 17 year old Anitha in Tamil Nadu, when failed to get admission into medical college despite strong academic marks but failed to make on top in NEET has shocked both political circles and common public. 

In fact, Tamil Government was repeatedly requesting Centre to consider the plea of excluding Tamil students from NEET for medicine seats but Supreme Court did not permit it.

Moved by the incident, Kamal Hasan expressed his concern and opened about Anitha's death controversy.

- Anitha is also my daughter. Every mark that she has secured tells all of us that we have lost a good doctor.  

- Central Government, State Government, and judicial system are all made by we people. It is our fundamental right to fight for our rights. 

- Everyone including leaders like Tirumavalavan should unite and struggle to get justice done for the state on NEET issue. People should also cut across religious and caste differences. I will not leave the issue until the justice is prevailed.
