Baahubali, Indian Cinema Flexed Its Muscle!

Baahubali 2, the fantasy epic on massive scale is breaking the records not only in India but all around the world including the United States and United Kingdom. From the status of a regional Telugu film to International project, the overview in growth of Baahubali as a blockbuster of unimaginable scale is exclusively reported by world’s oldest and largest news broadcasting agency BBC.

- BBC called it a special visual effects film to have collected Rs. 5 Billion in India within the first week. Adding the Hindi, Telugu and Tamil versions, Baahubali 2 took itself into UK Top 10.  

- BBC also said, Baahubali 2 is not a Bollywood film and is purely a Tollywood production made in the South Indian city of Hyderabad in Telugu, Tamil languages.

- BBC film critic said, Baahubali 2 is a phenomenon and Indian cinema has flexed its muscle. Look at what they can do on the fraction of a budget of Fast and Furious or Guardians of the Galaxy. 

- Baahubali 2 is demonstration of a Indian film’s ability to compete with Hollywood on its own home turf… high budgets, special effects and blockbusters.   

‘We have far strong stories and strong characters in India which aren’t utilized. Though we have huge super heroes with us, we are thinking of Batsman, Superman and Spiderman,’ words of Jakkanna are re-quoted.
