Once upon a time, tennis player Sania Mirza was the only role model to represent the Indian girl child and Indian women on International sports platforms. Gone are those days. Thanks to our Hyderabad where International challenging sports players are produced and especially those in women category. After Saina Nehwal, now it’s Pv Sindhu who is suddenly seen as a bigger super star than Sania.

Pv Sindhu’s silver medal at Rio Olympics in badminton made her win enormous craze. Awards, rewards, cash prizes, costly gifts; what not… state governments, central governments, corporate companies are drenching her in currency. Analysts opined that, Pv Sindhu has already breached the image of Sania Mirza and might sooner or later become the brand ambassador for Telangana.

On the other side, brand endorsements are also flowing at Pv Sindhu with topmost brands queuing before her door step. Although she isn’t showing much of the interest to cash on those offers but on any norms, Pv Sindhu is the latest super star in Indian sports arena who surely serves a deep inspiration for many more female talents to shine on bigger platforms.
