Anushka Proud Of That Change!

Anushka is surely an apt winner for the ‘South Indian Queen’ title as she is proving to be the only best face to shoulder powerful heroine centric scripts, all the way from ‘Arundathi’ till ‘Rudhramadevi.’ Having begun the career as Yoga teacher, today Sweety is the most desired heroine in glamour industry with plenty of offers knocking the door. All these makes, Anushka the star heroine with equivalent craze of a star hero in this male centric film industry.  

When she is asked the same question on whether heroines are given a due share of their recognition in Telugu industry, Anushka had her own reasoning to explain. ‘As a heroine, I enjoyed my own share of highs and lows in a long spanned career. If you are ready to dedicate the time as a leading lady, there is vast scope for rules to change. I experienced it and will be forever proud for being a part of that change,’ Anushka says.

Meanwhile, Anushka Shetty has ferocious project of ‘Rudhramadevi’ hitting the screens on 9th of this month under Gunasekhar direction. Later, there is ‘Size Zero’ and ‘Bahubali 2’ already in the pipeline for this busy bee.
