Advent of new technologies and young talents into industry is resulting in big dynamics wherein directors, cinematographers and editors are getting their due share of recognition.

For example, whole credit of ‘Bahubali’ victory is majorly deposited into director Rajamouli account. Now, the latest release ‘Kick 2’ is winning loads of appreciations for cinematographer Manoj Paramahamsa. Although a Tamil Nadu native, Manoj agrees that Tollywood is best place for him to work. ‘In Chennai commercial films aren’t working because audience there has become very smart. In Telugu, people want to watch big things. They demand grandiose to be stuffed on screen. They are asking for vibrancy and colors. It is the duty of us technicians to serve them what is demanded. Telugu people make the stars and also technicians become famous by working here. In Tamil, there won’t be as good credits as when we work in Telugu. In Tamil, they just ask for star names before going for a movie,’ Manoj explains the working style difference.
