Surender Reddy Finally Found 'Kick 2' Fault

The major reason why Raviteja ‘Kick 2’ in Surender Reddy direction got divided reviews is due to the dragged out second half wherein core plot is diluted with wrong treatment. Presence of plenteous talented artists in the mixed bag of Bollywood, Tollywood as Vilaspur villagers could not provide any strength to second half. So, Surender Reddy found his self-made fault at very late hour as ‘Kick 2’ second half is now trimmed by almost 20 minutes.

‘Kick 2’ total run time of 160+ minutes is out-and-out exhaustive exercise for patrons. Although first half had many brownie points to entertain underscoring the viewers’ attention, by the time when second half should step up beyond expectations, Surender Reddy is miscarried with only idea of adding scrappy comedy adulterating the nucleus in core plot. It could be a blunder committed by editing department or direction department but final victim happened to be the film as a whole and Surender Reddy as the captain of ship.

Apparently, second day ‘Kick 2’ reports with curtailed portions are yet to come out. Definitely, the narration would have become racy and crispy with this decision. We need to wait and see, how audience would acknowledge second half because mouth talk already began to spread on divided lines from yesterday morning show. Hope against the hope that audience would be at 'comfort' now.
