At a moment when Mani Ratnam is enjoying the smell of success after a long period with ‘Ok Bangaram,’ it seems like Evil Piracy is throwing its draconian wings on the film. Starring Dulquer Salman, Nithya Menon, Prakash Raj and Leela Samson in major roles, the film opened for positive response all over. The same is released in Tamil titled ‘O Kadhal Kanmani.’ Sad news is, a couple of websites have uploaded the piracy version of film and broadcasting the same killing the BO collections.

Mani Ratnam is reported to have approached Madras High Court with a case against twelve Internet Service Providers and two of the websites. He requested the justice to impose an interim ban on them. Mani stressed on the need of support from Internet Service Providers to recognize such malicious websites who promote the piracy versions.
