Telugu Producer behind Rajini 'Robot'

Actually, Nv Prasad approached Shankar during his early stages of career. He was dreaming of producing a film in Shankar direction. Despite there is no script on hand, Prasad offered advance amount and Shankar agreed for it. Long time after this deal, Shankar met Prasad in office for taking the permission in directing Rajinikanth for ‘Robot.’ Shankar’s dates were blocked for Prasad. Meanwhile, when a big hero like Rajinikanth is pressurizing Shankar for an assignment, Shankar smoothly kept ‘Robot’ on hold till the time Nv Prasad gave a clearance. ‘I must respect Shankar honesty and how could I stop him when there is a god like Rajini giving him a chance,’ Prasad said.
