Puri Love for Revolutionary Director

Producing or Directing commercially hit movies might be a challenging task for many but at the same time, are we making any useful movies to the society is a question many of our talented Telugu film makers should question themselves. One among them who can speak anything in open is maverick Puri Jagannath. The occasion was rather unconventional but Puri was one of the guests invited by R Narayana Murthy to express an opinion on his new release ‘Nirbhaya Bharatham.’

Story of the movie is based contemporary happenings in society where we are seeing steep hike in number of rapes against women. The recent case of Nirbhaya is said in a movie format by R Narayana Muthy and Puri could not stop praising him. ‘People question us on what kind of good we are teaching to society with our movies. Narayana Murthy Garu is doing exactly what I cannot do. I congratulate him for making this kind of a meaningful film with good message. I do not know the commercial viability of films in this genre but what I can say is, RNM should be appreciate,’ as said by Puri.
