Ntr plans to approach court over disputed flat.Man of the masses, Ntr, is currently busy with a series of movies. He is working on "Devara" under the direction of mass director Koratala Siva. This film, touted as the biggest action movie of his career, is shooting at a fast pace. Alongside "Devara," Ntr is also playing a lead role in the Bollywood film "War 2" with star hero Hrithik Roshan.

Currently, Ntr is actively participating in the shooting of these two films. Amidst his busy schedule, news about Ntr has gone viral. He has approached the High Court regarding a land dispute.

In 2003, Ntr bought a flat from a person named Geetha Lakshmi. However, Geetha Lakshmi had taken multiple loans using the property as collateral since 1996, by creating fake documents and securing loans from three or four banks. When she sold the flat to Jr. Ntr, she concealed these details, only disclosing a single loan from one bank.

Consequently, the banks tried to take over the flat. In 2019, Ntr filed a police complaint against the bank managers involved. Recently, Ntr went to court as the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) issued an order against him.
