Saif Ali Khan To Do Challenging Role Of A Blind Man

Veteran filmmaker.Priyadarshan who once rules the roost with his comedy entertainers especially with Akshay Kumar might team up with him once again for an exciting new project. They've delivered hits together like ‘Hera Pheri’ and ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa.’ Now it seems like the director has another project in the works with Saif Ali Khan. Priyadarshan is also known for delivering compelling thrillers. 

The buzz in the industry suggests he is discussing  discussing a gripping thriller with Saif Ali Khan. Priyadarshan, known for his mastery in Malayalam thrillers, is eyeing Saif for the lead role. The plan is to go on floors around July 2024. The script is reportedly ready, but finalizing the cast and production details is still underway. There's even speculation that Saif might play a blind man in the film.

If all goes well, Priyadarshan aims to wrap up Saif's thriller by August that attempts are being made to take this film on floors by July 2024 with a start-to-finish 40-day schedule. Then he is planning to shifting focus to the comedy with Akshay Kumar. Saif was last seen as Lankesh (Raavan) in magnum opus based on the epic Ramayana, Adipurush. 

He will be next seen in Devara. Saif Ali Khan will play the role of a police officer in this Telugu-language film as an antagonist to NTR. Meanwhile, Priyadarshan's latest project was 'Appatha', starring Urvashi and Sidharth Babu. The film marked Urvashi's 700th film.
