Pilot rapes air hostess in Jet Airways

Varun Agarwal, 27 year old Jet Airways Pilot was arrested by the Powai police yesterday for allegedly raping a 22 year old air hostess again and again on the pretext of marrying her. Varun during early stages of air hostess career helped her and both began living together and even married in a temple at Marol.

‘The air hostess told us in her statement that Varun had earlier promised marriage but stopped talking about it after they began a physical relationship. Varun used to beat the victim every time she refused to have physical relation. Later when shd spoke of marriage he threatened of killing her by throwing acid on her face,’ said Assistant Police Inspector Asha Khorke.

Jet Airways officials said that they don’t have any information regarding this incident and were unable to comment.
