Chiru Reveals Tourism's Progress in India

The Union Minister of Tourism, Mr. Chiranjeevi, on 8th April revealed that the progress of tourism in India. He also revealed his achievements for the past five months during his tenure as a tourism minister. According to Chiranjeevi and the officials, following decisions have been taken by the tourism ministry. 

* The International Tourism Conference will be held in Hyderabad. Earlier, this conference was supposed to be held in Srinagar. However, due to Chiranjeevi's efforts, the venue has shifted to Hyderabad.

* The development of mega circuits and mega destinations will be done on time bound basis. Rs.50 crores was allotted for the development of Vizag- Bheemili corridor. 

* Rs. 50 crores will be allotted for the development of Bhadrachalam and Papikondalu areas. 

* Rs. 50 crores will be allotted for Kondapalli and Ibrahimpatnam of Krishna district. 

* For the development of tourism in Chittoor and Nizamabad Rs.8 crores each were allotted. 

* Eco Tourism Park will be developed in Kadiyam village of East Godavari District. Rs. 5 crores will be allotted for it. 

* The development of tourism in India and its associated wings lead to a wide range of empowerment.
